Commercial build for an Animal shelter

The animal shelter is a charity, and as such the charity needed to know that their imited funds were being used to greatest effect. We took part in a competitive bid to demonstrate that VIP properties were the best choice of builders – both in terms of price, quality and service. The brand new build is a 22m x 6m building comprising a cattery, homes for rabbits, dog kennels, staff room, laundry room and offices. We project managed every aspect of the build from grounds work, foundations, structure build using brick and fire safe cladding board, a ‘warm roof’, all new pvc windows and doors, full electrical wiring, carpentry throughout, plasterboard, skim, painting and decorating. The clinical areas were installed with hospital grade sinks, tables, flooring and splash proof walls for infection prevention purposes. We delivered this whole build within a tight timescale and an even tighter budget! We are also now experts in holding, petting and walking small animals.
