Loft conversion

The owners of this house wanted to extend their living space into a spacious attic that had previously been used for storage. We removed the existing house roof and installed steels to support the new structure. The pitch of the roof was used to create a vaulted ceiling with velux windows to maximise the light coming into the room. The new loft conversion was fully plasterboarded, skimmed and all electrical wiring in place to suit the client needs. The loft space was divided into two separate bedrooms and then painted, decorated and added fixings for black out blinds. Build complete in 17 weeks
