New build house

The brief for this house was to create a new build family home with a contemporary yet unique look and feel. The family were keen to mix traditional Cotswold style features with a nordic design using natural materials wherever possible. Concerned for the environmental impact of their build, we used carbon neutral and low carbon materials throughout the build. We also sourced bespoke windows and metal work from specialist craftspeople. Reclaimed Cotswold stone for the external walls and zinc roofing were used, in keeping with the neighbourhood. Bi-fold doors surround the full ground floor of the property with balustrades and balconies for additional outside living spaces. The project took 32 weeks to complete and remained within time, budget and building regulations throughout.
