Two storey rear extension with Juliette balconies 

The existing house had previously had a ground floor extension out to a depth of 2.2 metres.  The family wanted to extend this existing extension to 3m but in order to comply with building regulations, they also needed to bring a side wall in by 15cm. VIP properties were tasked with retaining and reusing as many of the existing materials as possible. We reused windows, some brick work and roof tiles. Materials for the build were all matched to the existing materials. The family didn’t want to try tile matching so decided to go for something completely different. We purchased reclaimed tiles for them to create a completely unique ‘farmhouse’ look to their kitchen . We extended this out to the outside patio area. We also sourced reclaimed sleepers for farmhouse style shelving interiors and external garden patio borders.  The build took 15 weeks from start to finish.
