Two story extension

The clients of this family home wanted to extend their existing ground floor to create an open plan lower dining room, lounge and kitchen space. To the first floor, we created an extra bedroom, bathroom and dressing area. We knocked down an existing rear wall to add an extra 8 metre depth to the full rear face of the property. We carried out all aspects of the build from footings to brickwork, plasterboarding, electrical work and plumbing and then installed a new kitchen with integrated appliances, work surfaces incorporating and island, underfloor heating using thermal board, tiling and a gas log burner and flue. We also reconfigured the garden to add a patio area out back. The only thing we can’t take credit for with this build is the stunning interior decor. Credit goes completely to the owner there.
